These terms apply to virally.express and the ViRally game (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

© 2026 ViRally. All rights reserved. The ViRally name and logo, characters, artwork, game design, text, music and code on the Site belong to ViRally or are used under license, and are protected to the fullest extent the law allows. Some content is created with the help of AI tools.

2. What you may do

You may play the game and share links to it and your results for personal, non-commercial use.

3. What you may not do

• Copy, sell, redistribute or publish our characters, artwork, maps or code without written permission.
• Use our content or name in a way that suggests we endorse you.
• Use our content to train AI models.
• Cheat, scrape, overload or interfere with the Site.

4. Nicknames and results

If you submit a nickname or a result, do not use anything offensive, unlawful or someone else's identity. You give us permission to show it on the Site. We may remove any of it at any time.

5. The Site is provided as is

The game is offered free of charge and "as is". It may change, pause or end at any time. To the extent the law allows, ViRally is not liable for losses arising from using the Site. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

6. Third-party services

The Site is hosted by a third-party provider, and links to other services are governed by their own terms.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
